When will I receive my order?

We will deliver as below:

- Standard Delivery: delivery within five working days

Note. A signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one home at the time of delivery we will delivery to a drop off point for you to collect when convenient.

Note. We do not delivery to PO BOX addresses.

Can I ship spare parts outside of Australia?

We only deliver within Australia.

How much is shipping?

A flat rate of 10 AUD is applied to all orders.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track the order in two ways:

  1. You can always contact our customer service team via phone or email for a status update of your order. Just quote your Bosch issued order number.


  2. Tracking your shipment is easy! Your tax invoice will be emailed to you once your order has left our warehouse. On the invoice you will find the consignment number for your shipment ( e.g. A7DZ19157007 ).
    Simply use that number to track your shipment via StarTrack https://startrack.com.au/track/search

What do I do if I want to return my purchase?
