Delivery and Returns
Orders will be shipped to the nominated address outlined in the order. Please note that your order cannot be delivered to a PO Box address
A signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one home at the time of delivery we will delivery to a drop off point for you to collect when convenient.
A delivery charge of $10 will be applied to each order, and orders are typically received within 5 working days.
Your order will not be shipped until payment has been processed.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind we may accept your returned goods for a full refund (excludes postage and handling) to your credit card. Goods must be returned fully sealed, unused and in undamaged original packaging, within 14 days of delivery, and the condition of all goods will be assessed prior to any refund being processed.
You are responsible for any postage and handling fees for change of mind returns. Please note that original postage cost will not be refunded.
For returns other than change of mind returns, you may have rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law and should contact our Customer Service team for support.
