Orders And Returns

If there is an issue with your order or you would like to make a return, please contact us via the below options:

1. Phone or email. Contact Bosch Customer Service by phone 1-877-267-2499 or email parts.walnutridge@us.bosch.com. Please provide your name, address, order number, phone number and email address.
2. Parts can be returned for a refund of the part price by returning the part freight prepaid to:

3. Parts must be returned unused and in original packaging. Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt in your return to expedite reimbursement.
