When will I receive my order?
We will deliver as below:
- Standard Delivery: delivery within five working days
Note. A signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one home at the time of delivery we will delivery to a drop off point for you to collect when convenient.
Note. We do not delivery to PO BOX addresses.
Does the Bosch Professional AU online shop offer international delivery?
We only deliver within Australia.
How much is shipping?
A flat rate of 10 AUD is applied to all orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track the order is two ways:
- You can always contact our customer service team via phone or email for a status update of your order. Just quote your Bosch issued order number.

- Phone: 1300 307 044
- Our transport provider will send you a correspondence either by email. This will include all the relevant tracking information for your order
What do I do if I want to return my purchase?
